AVAZA Interpreter Request Alerts

Last updated: August 8, 2026 | Effective date: August 8, 2026

Interpreter request text alerts
These terms apply to optional operational text messages for AVAZA interpreters.

1. Program description

AVAZA Interpreter Request Alerts notify enrolled interpreters when a new request may be available. Messages are informational and operational, not marketing. The text message does not include patient, provider, language, modality, or appointment details; sign in to AVAZA to view the request.

2. Consent and frequency

Enrollment is optional and is not a condition of using AVAZA or providing interpretation services. Message frequency varies based on matching request activity. Message and data rates may apply.

3. Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply START or UNSTOP to resume after opting out. Reply HELP for help. You can also change your text-alert preference in your AVAZA interpreter profile.

4. Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. AVAZA does not guarantee that a request will remain available when you open an alert.

5. Privacy and support

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile information and messaging consent. For help, email support@avazavri.com.
